If you have two QBs, you have zero
Your QB is your on field leader. The offense literally runs through him.
If that person constantly changes, then you basically don't have that leader. You'll have people in the camp of QB A and people in the camp of QB B. Randall never thrived in that role until he didn't have to keep looking over his shoulder.
The only time two QBs works is when the role of the second QB is clearly defined and EVERYONE knows who QB1 is.
