I think it's ND if they don't go to BCS, but have at least 9 wins


There's something where ND can go if the ACC runner up only has a certain numbers of wins or isn't ranked in the top 15 and ND has so many wins, etc. There's something like this that will definitely allow ND to be picked over the 2nd place ACC team and rightfully so this year. ND will deserve to be there.
