Does PFF factor in opponent and level of talent?

If a player plays well against Furman and plays the exact same against Alabama, is the PFF grade higher based on one opponent being better/having better talent? Or would you get the exact same grade no matter who the opponent is?

Haven’t exactly played the greatest quarterbacks and receivers so far so I’m kinda skeptical in regards to how well we’ve truly improved in coverage.

Long story short, I take these PFF grades with a grain of salt and don’t think they should be portrayed as the end all be all of player evaluation, IMHO. Especially when it’s only been half a season and half the teams we played = FCS/ODU level opponents. These next 6 games will help paint a better picture, but I’m really anticipating the Wake Forest game specifically, as they have two big time receivers, so I’ll be interested to see how our DBs can handle them.
