It's one thing to say "we are just young" when the young guys look inept, and you just have to hope that someway, somehow they will get better just by getting older.

But now, I am seeing guys like Kendricks, Pollard, Tisdale, Conner, Farley, Chatman, King, QP, HH, and most of the OL starting to make plays. Enough to where you start to feel "hey, those guys are gonna be pretty good if they keep developing".

Definitely a different feel around the program the last few weeks.
