They still could win. But, after last night it's not looking as much as a sure win for them as it did before. If that Notre Dame team that showed up against Michigan shows up against the Hokies, then they are beatable. But, that depends on whether or not the improved Hokies team had has been playing over the last couple of weeks shows up as well.
