Please explain because if the Playoffs is the Final Four

then what happened to the "early rounds" of the Playoffs? The reason I compared it to the whole tournament is because the "excitement" of the Playoffs is on par with the "excitement" of the entire March Madness. Plus, the "excitement" associated with the ACC Championship Game in football is on par with the "excitement" of the ACC Basketball Tournament Championship Game.
