...even if Hardaway wasn't now the coach there. Whether or not they have a case is still to be determined , but the fact he is now the coach makes for some bad optics. As a booster one is greatly restricted on contact with even a potential recruit and what one can and can't discuss with them. I believe those restrictions are only relaxed for the case of said recruit being a family member or lifelong friend of the family. If that is the case , fine , but if not , the signing two years later looks suspect.
