Given the roster he inherited and the four incoming recruits, I would not have expected the Ags to struggle mightily to beat the likes of Troy and UL-Monroe at home, and get blown out by 30 against Gonzaga at home.

Given Buzz's history, it's reasonable to expect he will turn A&M into a solid program in a few years. But for now, I would say Mike Young has done a better job at VT this year than Buzz has done at A&M. Especially when you look at where the rosters and recruiting classes stood when both coaches started their current jobs.
