Tim settle was a 5th round pick. He signed a four year 2.7 million dollar deal with a 268k signing bonus. The nfl would tell you money like that can be spent quickly in the League

Hill though has no where the value that settle did at draft time. I expect hill will have to work his tail off to get drafted. Hill’s attitude outweighs his talent.
