Have to play Clemson last night.

Disclaimer: I do not want VT to lose to UVA. Ever. But it happened.

However, with the consolation prize of watching the 'hoos be annihilated, I think it was better for the VT program's future to have not received that drubbing.

Does anyone think that would've been good for the program to be embarrassed like that? Are recruits chomping at the bit to go to UVA because of that?

I feel like Fuente could just as easily say to a recruit that we need you to be the piece that wins the Coastal and gets us to the ACCCG. You would be the piece for us to play a competitive game against Clemson, unlike what UVA did out there.

And the noon o'clock hour will be interesting to see how bowl games shake out. Still hate that ND gets an ACC slot. Just join the flipping conference already.
