If he does a poor job - it can be harder to demote or let him go. I want Fuente to hire the best available people that he respects and that are good football coaches that can recruit and improve our program. Again I hope it works out. The next two seasons are critical - we return a lot next year and should be pretty good the following year as well. If we don't win 10 games the next two seasons - it may be time to move on.
