JHam promotion (until we heard Wiles out too) but this is just lame. Our RB development has been poor since Fu came to say the least, only showing slight improvement/development this season since Kill came on. Now with this one we make a hire that at best takes a step back considering his resume and experience. I don't care how well Lechtenberg relates to players or manages our roster, when his only experience actually coaching is multiple schools I've never heard of (oh yes, and a GA stint 10+ years ago @ TCU which I guess is why he still is coat-tailing Fu) and NONE of which was coaching RBs, this is a bad hire for the job. How cheap and internal do we have to go? Adam looks like a super nice guy and nothing against him at all I'm sure he is good at his current job, but does this look like a guy who belongs on the gridiron coaching our RBs? That hair needs a new-do, he's still rocking the Slim Shady LP haircut!
