Is HH the starter in 2020?


For the record I love HH and wanted him over Willis. Just wondering if he is 100% the starter next season. My thought is that he isn’t a dominant passer. So if QP develops his passing to the level of HH this offseason, could he take that job due to him being so a large force in the run game. Also Braxton could be in the running?
