My point was you can never predict from year to year which position(s)

will make up the Top 5 recruits in a particular class. Also, there may be some years where VA recruits aren't on par with recruits from another state. In theory it is possible a 3-star MS recruit is on par with a 4-star VA recruit in terms of national rankings.

As far as the 1 QB issue goes, VT has experienced part of the season where the team had only 1 QB on the roster; the year Mark Leal left the team in the middle of the season to start a job.
