His hires are very interesting.. He going for young folks, who really don't have alot of "portfolio power five experience, but appear very hungry... Some very limited experience....... this is not 1987 where Va Tech had no inference alliance and frankly that was all we could hire and Frank hired his guys. (remember by 1993 almost all gone..... (the jest was many just couldn't hack it. (2-9 in 92).....

This is 2020 and VT is in a conference and division rivals all are just as aggressive or more on all fronts, and with alot of experience coaches and staffs who have gone into the trenches.
