“on paper” the coach for a recruits whole career? Maybe with the easier mobility the players have this isn’t a thing anymore but it could/would be used against VT in recruiting. Maybe it doesn’t matter too because the contracts are meaningless as far as security and determining a coach on the hot seat isn’t rocket science either.
