I was actually being sarcastic... We're considerably more isolated

Clemson: 2 hours from Atlanta. 2 hours from Charlotte.
Virginia Tech: 2 hours from .... Greensboro. 3+ hours from Charlotte. 3.5 hours to Richmond and Raleigh. Hampton Roads and DC are about 5 hours away.

Charlotte is very much a Clemson town. They're the nearest major program. Clemson is isolated. We're about as isolated as any P5 school in the country short of Wazzu and Kansas State.
