Guys like Beamer are the exception, not the rule

And we lucked out again with Mike Young (jury's out on how successful he will be but early returns are really nice) where we found a guy who would be perfectly happy staying in Blacksburg for 15-20 years.

But who are those guys right now in football? Frankly, I'm not even sure Shane would see VT as a permanent home. And he'd always be under his dad's shadow in Blacksburg.
