C'mon. He was just looking at their facilities. But seriously "fiduciary"?


So no one who acts as a fiduciary in an investment firm can look around?

There are no shareholders, thus no fiduciary duty.

I think most use that word far too often, a friend said it was his fiduciary duty to tell something to his son. Really?
