Most VT insiders I've heard or read believe Baylor whould have hired Fu if


he wanted the job. Does not seem that a document with an official offer was ever presented, but there was an understanding about his salary and salary for the assistants plus support for the football players, coaches and staff.
Basically, Fu said that he would not accept the job, so don't make an offer.
