He may be a starter for VT, but it doesn't the number of targets


may not reflect a starter's level. It is possible his final year could be viewed as being on the decline in terms of production level because the QBs happen to be targeting the other WRs/TEs/RBs more and/or opposing defenses pay more attention to him.
