The Citadel has the same success

I was a regional sales director for the southeast U.S. for my Fortune 500 corporation and one of our sales reps was a Citadel grad. He assumed that I was a military guy as well, because of my posture and demeanor (somehow that exudes military experience, which I don't have), and he asked which service I was in. I told him that I'd had a student deferment (2S) during the Viet Nam war and did not serve. He said, what a shame, because Citadel grads always have numerous job offers from other Citadel grads who manage/own companies. I congratulated him and said OK, that's a great benefit, but as you know I am your boss's boss, so I guess everything worked out OK for a VT grad who wasn't forced to serve.
