I think you need to be more specific. For the season, we're 28th in the
country in 3-point FG% at 37.4% and 153rd in 2-point percentage at 49.5%. That means we average 1.12 points per 3-point attempt and 0.99 points per 2-point attempt. Of our players, only Bede, Radford, and Horne average more points for 2-point shot than per 3-point shot.
There are the normal caveats that you are more likely to draw fouls on 2-point attempts than 3-point attempts, but on the surface that means that we need more 3-point attempts and fewer 2-point attempts.
Is that what you were suggesting?
