lot's of folks criticized fuente for not being out in the media more. But the media very rarely is your friend. They don't want hum drum reports that the team is doing well academically and working out now in the weight room. very few people are interested in reading that story. They want click bait. "Fuente Says NO to the Portal" or "Fuente moves to block HOkies from entering the portal."

stuff like this is why you don't speak to the media. They're not in the business of promoting your program in a positive way
