We need a head coach that loves Blacksburg to raise his family.
that puts people before money.
that believes Virginia tech can rise to the top of college football.
that brings a coaching staff in that knows what they are doing.
that works around recruiting limitations, and gets the right kids.
that hires a staff that builds elite football players.
that will stick around long enought to get the job done right.

Once we have that head coach,
The program will steadily rise from the ashes.
the teams performance will elevate the fan base.
the teams performance will increase donations.
the teams performance will bring in top recruits.

We have that head coach.

Anyone else catch the John Lezzi podcast, where Fuente said to John, the night before prior to his meeting with Baylor, "see you in the morning." That quote speaks volumes.
