If HH is 100%, he'll be the starter


The other QBs will have to significantly out play him in practice to take the job, and I doubt anyone else is heads & shoulders ahead of HH. All things being even, the guy with the most experience gets the job.

HH does a great job "taking care of the football," so that's another huge plus.
