Oh my goodness, looks like Penn State is making some significant changes.

New Offensive Coordinator
New Offensive line coach
New Wide receivesrs coach
New Defensive line coach.
New Co-offensive coordiator Position in staff.
New LineBackers Position coach.
New assignment to Run Game coordinators responsibilities.

Hmmmmmmmmmm

Looks like Ol' Penn State will be trying out a new Offensive AND Defensive system in 2020.
While VT hits the ground running Offensively, and adds lots of personell on Defense.

I think this is Advantage Tech, because with so many changes on both sides of ball, I would hate to ( try out ) this new stuff against a VT program that should have a pretty explosive offense, and improved Defense in Lane Stadium.
