And then move right along to the next gig.

If anything, I think that's what EB is trying to avoid. I don't think he wants to put Colorado in that position back to back. If he takes the Colorado job, it'll probably be with the idea that he'll give at least three or four years before moving on.

But with the Pac-12 as mediocre as it is right now, I don't see any reason Colorado can't be successful again.
