I was wondering if they had a no sign clause but could Cam or Josh

simply stop playing/fake injury or whatever and then sign after the season? That NFL guaranteed money is a heck of a lot more than the XFL money they are making. If you knew (or thought the chances were really good) the NFL was going to sign you at the end of the season would you risk injury? I don't think I would. I wouldn't be surprised to see Cam shut it down if his agent is getting blown up.
