It is my understanding that the President of ECU cancelled classes and asked the students to go home and help their families ready for a hurricane. It is strange that all the football players were from the state of Florida. ECU has been good to VT and VT has been good to ECU. I don't think VT was terribly in the wrong in this situation. Pleading hearts of a potential natural disaster not withstanding.
