Lets put aside that Zach Leday was a regular transfer and not a grad transfer, so he would have had 3 years to learn MYs system, so from that standpoint he would be fine

While technically a big body, defensively you couldnt play him alongside Nolley or Ojiako as none of the 3 are even average in their defensive assignments

From a growth perspective, Leday would need to take minutes from Ojiako, so youre stunting his growth for the 2 years he was on the floor with Big John. Ojiako will be better than Leday ever dreamed of being IF you continue his growth rate and keep integrating him into the system
