Nolley listed as number 1 2021-2022 transfer available ...


so ESPN is assuming he will have to sit out a year. I expect he may appeal as a family hardship if he transfers closer to home however. This tells me whoever does this rankings scouts by box score rather than impact - I like Nolley and wish him well but I don't agree with this ranking.
