Issue is not a good thing but rather are they prepared...

Being Regional is SAFE, you hope you build deep relationships (if you your staffs work the neighborhoods) within 300 miles . You can drive.

In the national stage you (programs like VT) is just another school, and competing with HUGE recruiting staffs from national schools with national recruiting support and fund local contacts to maintain connects. For every 'asst coach" teams like alabama they have a team of (researchers/analysts) that mine for the best, plug in focused data outreach and contact players without coaches nation wide. The asst coaches then are the final sales rep who gets in there and makes the deal.

The friendly I the coach and my asst coaches and my school is great place to live and get a degree and we have a good development program and your family will love it.
