“Heck...Look at us.....We’re home in the ACC....Think about VT in the 80s....Sniff sniff....Those ACC teams will really get after ya...Jeepers, look at the great strides ODU has made...Wow...I remember when we lost to JMU....And we’ve never recruited so well out of state.....We picked up a 4 star from Texas.. ..I never did that....Remember things are never as bad as they seem....right?.....Remember 1992?....Hell, Justin beat a ranked team before coming to VT. I never did that. And he gets extra credit for keeping Bud after Whit and I insisted. I’ve even been talking to him about bringing back Bryan if Corny gets canned. If that happens, I might just bump him to an A-. If he can beat Kansas in a bowl, I might just kick that up to an A. .......Gotta get back to fishin with Mike O’Cain....Y’all come back now.”
