Folks, there are only two metrics that matter . . .

the win/loss record and butts in seats. All this teeth gnashing about recruiting is pretty pointless especially in the 'new world' of the portal. If Fu consistently fields a top-25 team he keeps his job if not he doesn't. It's as simple as that.
