to say that VT should have owned them regardless of how much time Boise State used to practice for the game. Not only did VT start out the game flat, but at times it seemed like VT lacked the "killer instinct." At the end of an impressive 3rd Quarter, a case could have been made that VT had Boise State by the jugular. However, instead of going for the "kill" early on in the 4th Quarter, VT seemed to let off and that decision ultimately came back to haunt them.
