Always be preparing. It took guts for Terry Don Phillips* to hire Sweeney as Clemson's head coach when he had no prior experience that seemingly merited such a move. Well, the history isn't complete but we know the trajectory and I think lessons can be learned not just by coaches, but players, students, corporate cubicle dwellers and donut fetchers.
