I get that TG supposedly went "rogue" his last year or so here but he was better than anyone else that has replaced him. If our program fails to thrive in the next few years it will be because of our defense IMO. I wear O&M glasses just like everyone else. But our defense hiring simply wasn't good IMO. It will either work out great or fail miserably. Hamilton may work out, but I wanted Odom. I also don't get the secondary change. Mitchell's guys looked pretty good out there, and not all of them were highly rated recruits. I think we saved money, but we definitely didn't upgrade when we made our defense coach hires. I really like Teerlink, but as good as I think he is, the other pieces need to click for that unit to be successful. A lot of unknowns on that side of the ball IMO.
