be an upgrade in some captivity as the linebackers coach. I know that Bud was that position coach but maybe Clays will actually play the second string so we can stay fresh, develop depth, and keep so many linebackers from transferring. I have the ultimate respect for Bud and always will but his intensity in being the coordinator kept him from substituting at his coaching position. He lamented this game after game but never delegated substation authority to a subordinate. Clays will be a big asset to this team, imo.
