RB coaching can only get better


The jury is out on Lecht, but the jury was in on Zohn and he simply wasn't very good.

But yeah, J-Ham is EXTREMELY inexperienced for a position coach, much less as a coordinator. We are Smith's first FBS position coach job. Same for Tapp. Same for Lecht. Jafar Williams was a valid replacement for Wiggins, but not as good of a recruiter.
