It doesn't matter if I'm not offended by a certain name. What matters is do I care if the majority of a group of people are offended by said name. The original poster doesn't care, and thats honest. My issue with his post is that he is mocking those that are offended. Just state that you don't care if people are offended and keep it moving. Feeling that way does reflect on your character though, it shows a lack of empathy. Because what you think is silly is actually hurtful to someone else. If it sounds like I am judging the original poster, its because I am. I don't think their opinion is much about racism, but it does show a lack of empathy.
