...and probably agree with you on much of that...but as the years have gone on, I have gotten increasingly concerned about player medical information and the sense of entitlement fans feel about what should be divulged to them. I get that there are more generic ways to communicate re COVID results (and that there are many areas outside of medical info where more "transparency" with the fanbase would make sense)...but what I find old and tired is everyone thinking they should know what some 20 year old's medical status is just because they are a fan of the team he/she plays for. So on the medical side of things, I'm 100% comfortable with that info being almost entirely locked down.
