His point is that Florida appears to be in bad shape and many people are dying from COVID-related issues and the virus itself. The numbers are increasing, a lot. So it may not be as many as the poster said but the theme that Florida and other states are causing concern is valid. I doubt he is a "COVID fan" just because he/she is concerned. You would agree with that, right?
