Maybe I don't have much faith in the general fan population but I could totally see people sit in their 6-foot apart seats and then be next to each other 10 minutes into the game. Is a bigger team of stadium security hired to enforce that? No idea. But there'd have to be some strict policies--as soon as people violated it then yes it does create some issues. All that to say: there are ways to work through it.
