I mean I assume it has to. This has to be a VT issue and the guy running the process needs to go imo. If I am a non graduate transfer that wants to play right away after seeing what happened to Brock and to a lesser extent BB, and now this, why the heck would I jeopardize that immediate PT by coming here. Some of it falls on the NCAA for clearly not having set guidelines but programs that are way more inept like Maryland and Pitt, I’ve sure figured out a way to make it work
