Hamilton is a guy who identifies well with players...


he has a track record of putting players in the league, and they were almost unquestionably the best team in the ACC last season.

He has the reputation of teaching players how to defend with NBA concepts, so top players will find that attractive.

Long story short, they have a lot to sell.
