Cases were above 600 a week at the beginning of September. The school has just over 30k students. There have been about 1,870 confirmed cases At the school. Many students tested away from the school and many did not test. Apparently there was a Snapchat campaign to avoid testing to keep everyone at school. Regardless of that the overall cases have dropped dramatically 1 1/2 months into on campus living. Probably a safe assumption to say at least 10% of the college got Covid in the last month based on campus testing and cases in the surrounding communities in the last six weeks. My daughter thinks that number is low as a much larger percentage of her friends and classmates claim they had it.
