Being down in the Tarheel State, I keep hearing people talking about how "that guy that got the targeting has had lots of targeting calls in his career" (i.e., he's a thug).

I don't know how to check, or whether that is even a stat that people keep.
Thoughts? (I want to shut these Tar Hole fans up!!!)
