If the stuff I'm reading about both Sands and him not really caring about football/only using it to siphon off funds for sports that don't have much interest, we've got bigger problems.

Sands wouldn't surprise me. He seems to belong in Blacksburg as much as, well, I'd belong in Berkeley. Whit would be a bigger surprise. Some of these projects on the "other" sports made me scratch my head, but if that's the kind of thing that is the whole point of this, in his eyes, then he's not the guy to get this done.

I've seen no reason to trust Sands to get it done. Not sure how long Sands is here, but we could be in for a rough time. But hey, women's tennis will be kicking ass!
