And I know that the level of VT football from the mid 90s through late 2000s was at a bit higher level than UVA’s under Welsh in the 90s, but we were once a proud program too. We had to endure Al Groh and Mike London essentially torch our program to the ground, until Bronco has (except for this year) made it acceptable to watch again.

Money is tight for every program right now, and although I would be lying if I didn’t take a little satisfaction out of the loss yesterday, Fu has not destroyed your program like Groh did and London continued. Call me when you feel some real pain of 2-10, 3-9 seasons.

I’m not saying it’s Ok to accept mediocrity, but mediocrity is better than a **** show. Just trying to put a little perspective on the year. You are still 4-3 and although you might not be having the season you wanted, it’s clear that you guys aren’t that bad man.
